Challenge
Niersmans Automobile, an independent auto repair shop with service workshop and bodyshop facilities, was still heavily paper-based despite investing in modern equipment. The processes led to media breaks, illegible or dirty checklists and time-consuming queries.
Previous rugged devices from other manufacturers were becoming increasingly slow and unreliable in operation.
