Ultra PCS is a leading provider of safety and mission-critical solutions to the military and commercial aerospace industries. When developing its Ultra Electronic Architecture Kit (UltraEAK®), the company knew that providing rugged yet affordable computing hardware was essential to delivering successful outcomes, especially in small, highly mobile platforms.
Solution
Building on previous collaboration, Ultra PCS identified Getac’s UX10 fully rugged tablet and V110 fully rugged laptop as excellent hardware options for the removable version of its UltraEAK®. Their powerful processing, proven rugged reliability, cost-conscious pricing, and compatibility with secure in-vehicle docking systems made them well suited to Ultra PCS’s requirements.
