Getac, the global designer and manufacturer of rugged mobile technology today announced an expanded partnership with Absolute® Software Corporation (TSX: ABT), the industry standard for persistent endpoint security and data risk management solutions.

Under the agreement, Persistence® technology by Absolute will be made available on Getac's European suite of rugged mobile devices, including its notebooks and tablets. By activating Persistence, Getac customers will receive an enhanced endpoint security and data risk management offering, enabling a reliable two-way connection with all endpoints, regardless of user or location. Getac will be able to distribute Absolute's Persistence technology on a European basis.
