Our Service Request System allows you to track the three stages of every repair; return to Getac, repair and delivery back to you. It also allows you to see the details of the repair and manage the details of the delivery. Service Request System.
Our Standard Warranty package covers all system components in line with terms and conditions covering product failures under normal and anticipated usage. Extremely cost-effective, it guarantees Getac quality repairs in the event of a product failure.

Login Service Request System on Getac Service System (GSS)
A courier from Getac’s logistics partner will arive the next business day with suitable packaging to collect your device and return to our service centre
Upon receipt of the unit full diagnostics will be carried out and unit will be repaired
Unit will be soak-tested, cleaned and shipped back to required address
The goal of Getac service is to minimise the time any unit is away from your business and so we aim to turn around all Service Request units within 5 days from arrival at the Getac service facility
Getac devices are designed and built to deliver durability and reliability for their whole working life. However, we can also off a range of warranty extensions on the device, it's battery and even some third party accessories as well as custom support solutions to meet your particular needs.
Extend your standard warranty from 3 years Bumper-to-Bumper to 4 or 5 years.
We can even extend to year 6 or 7 for suitable projects.
Extended Battery Warranty.
We pride ourselves on the quality of batteries and their ability to perform throughout a full day. However, there are limitations on the recharge cycles of all batteries and our standard warranty can only cover the first 12 months.
You can extend this with our Battery Warranty so that should it fail we will send you a replacement battery.
